QHow much does OnCampusERP cost?
OnCampusERP offers three simple pricing tiers: Free Plan (₹0/student/year) for up to 500 students with core modules, Professional Plan (₹500/student/year) for 500-2,000 students with all 13 modules, and Enterprise Plan (₹1,000/student/year) for 2,000+ students with advanced features and dedicated support. All plans include free implementation, training, and support. You only pay for active students.
QAre there any hidden costs?
No hidden costs! Our pricing is transparent and all-inclusive. The annual subscription includes: software license, cloud hosting, data storage, automatic updates, security patches, support, training materials, and implementation assistance. The only additional costs are optional: SMS credits (₹0.20/SMS), WhatsApp credits (₹0.50/message), and payment gateway charges (1.5-2% per transaction, charged by gateway provider).
QDo you offer discounts for multi-year contracts?
Yes! We offer attractive discounts for multi-year commitments: 10% discount for 2-year contracts, 15% discount for 3-year contracts, and 20% discount for 5-year contracts. We also offer special pricing for government institutions, educational trusts, and group institutions (multiple colleges under one management).
QWhat payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods: Bank Transfer/NEFT/RTGS, Cheque/Demand Draft, UPI payments, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking. For annual subscriptions, we offer flexible payment terms: quarterly, half-yearly, or annual payments. Government institutions can also pay via GeM portal.

Technical Questions
QIs OnCampusERP cloud-based or on-premise?
OnCampusERP is primarily cloud-based (SaaS), hosted on secure AWS servers in India. This means no hardware investment, automatic updates, access from anywhere, and 99.9% uptime. For institutions with specific requirements, we also offer on-premise deployment. Cloud-based is recommended for 95% of institutions due to lower cost, easier maintenance, and better security.
QWhat are the system requirements?
OnCampusERP is web-based and works on any device with an internet browser. Requirements: (1) Internet connection (minimum 2 Mbps recommended), (2) Modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge), (3) For mobile apps: Android 6.0+ or iOS 12+, (4) For biometric integration: Windows PC with USB port. No special hardware or servers needed for cloud version.
QCan OnCampusERP integrate with our existing systems?
Yes, OnCampusERP offers extensive integration capabilities: (1) Payment gateways (Razorpay, PayU, CCAvenue, Paytm, PhonePe), (2) Biometric devices (ZKTeco, eSSL, Realtime, Mantra), (3) SMS gateways (all major providers), (4) WhatsApp Business API, (5) Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, (6) Accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks), (7) Video conferencing (Zoom, Google Meet), and (8) Custom integrations via REST APIs.
QWhat about internet connectivity issues?
OnCampusERP works best with stable internet, but we have solutions for connectivity issues: (1) Offline mobile apps for attendance marking, (2) Data syncs automatically when connection restored, (3) Lightweight design works on slow connections (2G/3G), (4) Local caching for frequently accessed data, and (5) SMS-based attendance for areas with poor internet. For critical operations, we recommend backup internet connection.

QWhere is my data stored?

QWho can access my data?
Only authorized users from your institution can access your data. OnCampusERP uses role-based access control (RBAC) where you define who can view, edit, or delete specific data. Our support team can only access your data with explicit permission for troubleshooting. All access is logged and auditable. We never share your data with third parties or use it for any purpose other than providing the service.
QWhat happens if I want to stop using OnCampusERP?
You own your data! If you decide to stop using OnCampusERP, we provide: (1) Complete data export in standard formats (Excel, CSV, PDF), (2) 90-day grace period to download all data, (3) Database backup files if needed, (4) Migration assistance to new system (paid service), and (5) No lock-in contracts - you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We make it easy to leave, but we are confident you will stay!
