1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using OnCampusERP services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Customer" or "Institution") and OnCampusERP Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

2. Service Description

OnCampusERP provides cloud-based ERP software for educational institutions, including but not limited to:

• Student admissions and enrollment management
• Fee collection and financial management
• Attendance tracking and timetable management
• Academic management and examination systems
• Communication tools and mobile applications
• Analytics and reporting capabilities

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be authorized to represent your institution
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Our services are provided on a subscription basis:

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed annually or as per agreed terms
• Payment: Payment must be made in advance via approved methods
• Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 30 days before renewal
• Refunds: Refunds are provided as per our refund policy
• Late Payment: Late payments may result in service suspension

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

6. Data Ownership and Usage

Your Data: You retain all rights to the data you input into OnCampusERP. We do not claim ownership of your institutional or student data.

Our Rights: We retain ownership of the OnCampusERP platform, software, and all related intellectual property.

Data Usage: We may use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and service improvement.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for service interruptions due to factors beyond our control.

8. Support and Updates

We provide technical support as per your subscription plan. We regularly update and improve our services. Major updates will be communicated in advance. Some features may be added, modified, or discontinued.

9. Termination

By You: You may cancel your subscription with 30 days notice. Data export will be provided upon request.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or illegal activities. We will provide notice except in cases of serious violations.

10. Limitation of Liability

OnCampusERP is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold OnCampusERP harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
